- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ceruleanparryan.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We have a 30 day return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
